- What counts as an AI direction?
- One request to the built-in director: you describe the scene, it writes the beats. Automatic retries and fixes inside that request are free, and a request that fails is refunded. Changing beats by hand never uses AI.
- What if I run out?
- Use “Copy prompt”: paste the director prompt into any chatbot you already use and paste its reply back. It works on every plan with no limit. Or add a credit pack — credits never expire.
- Is Pro really a one-time payment?
- Yes. You pay once and keep Pro, including its monthly AI allowance, with no renewal. Exports, storage and the Studio all run in your browser, which is why we can price it this way.
- What happens if I stop Team?
- Nothing is deleted. Your workspace falls back to Pro if you own it, otherwise to Free; collaborators keep read access and you can export everything.
- Can I use my exports commercially?
- Pro and Team exports are yours to use commercially, with no watermark. Free exports carry a small PixelStory mark.
